Im Prinzip ist das nichts anderes als ein Hackbraten (oder Faschierter Braten oder Falscher Hase oder Heuchelhase oder &#8230;), der zur geschmacklichen Verfeinerung mit Speck ummantelt wird und mit K\u00e4se, Jalapenos, Zwiebeln und was sonst noch das Herz begehrt, gef\u00fcllt wird. Die Bacon Bomb ist eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion.<script src=\"chrome:\/\/piccshare\/content\/piccshare-min.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\"><\/script><br \/>\n<script src=\"chrome:\/\/piccshare\/content\/piccshare-min.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\"><\/script>Auf das Rezept will ich hier nicht eingehen, die gibt es im <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1CPokp2\" target=\"_blank\">Netz<\/a> ohne Ende. Grundlagen sind klar: Netz aus Bacon spinnen, Hackfleisch verteilen, nach Belieben und Fantasie belegen. Man kann da nichts falsch machen, was die Zutaten angeht. Wohl aber in der Umsetzung. Die Garzeit richtet sich nach der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Bombe, ich veranschlage mal 3 Stunden. Ausschlaggebend ist die Kerntermperatur. Bei 71 bis 72 Grad kann sie gez\u00fcndet werden. Die Pit heize ich auf ca. 120 Grad ein. Diesmal mit Holz. Zutaten nicht zu dick auftragen, sonst l\u00e4sst sich das Ganze nicht mehr aufrollen<\/li>\n<li>Fertigen Belag fest zusammendr\u00fccken, damit m\u00f6glichst keine Luft mit eingerollt wird<\/li>\n<li>Das Bacon-Geflecht gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig auslegen, nicht sparen! Und ausreichend Rand lassen. Je mehr Rand, umso leichter l\u00e4sst sich die gerollte Bombe schlie\u00dfen<\/li>\n<li>Nicht zu sehr zusammendr\u00fccken, da sonst der Bacon rei\u00dft und das Hackfleisch austritt. Dart nicht passieren!<\/li>\n<li>Mit Holz zu sch\u00fcren ist g\u00fcnstiger als mit Briketts.<\/li>\n<li>Mit Holz ist es schwierig, die Temperatur zu halten, die Regelung mit der Zuluft ist \u00e4u\u00dferst filigran.<\/li>\n<li>Eignet sich bestens f\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere Einladungen (Geburtstage etc.) und kam auch sonst sehr gut an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mein zweites Smoker Projekt ist eine Speck-Bombe.
